The airbag body is composed by natural rubber and strength rubber dipped tyre cord fabric material through vulcanization processing;

They are combined closely with the bag body.The two ends of accessories will be supplied with airbags for free.

Material of Rubber Airbag

The construction of an airbag involves an outer layer made of rubber, one or more layers of rubber dipped tyre cord fabric, and an inner layer also made of rubber.

The arrangement of rubber dipped tyre cord fabric reinforcement layers is shown in the picture below, all materials shall be vulcanized firmly.

How to Select Marine Airbags for Launching and Docking Boat or Vessels?

Ship launching airbag can be made into various sizes and layers accoding to the ship size and weight and the launching or docking conditions.

-Effective length:

The effective length should be same as the ship breadth, or 1 meter shorter than the breath.

We can make airbags in length from 5m to 30m.

-The number of layers

The more layers the airbag has, the bigger bearing capacity it has.
